These Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Newish Adults Unite (“NAU,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

NAU Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Newish Adults Unite, you agree to receive recurring text messages from NAU.

Messages may include information about upcoming open gatherings, membership deadlines, hangout reminders, and other important NAU updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a membership or participating in NAU.

Opting Out

You can stop receiving NAU text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from NAU.

After you opt out, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from the NAU text messaging program unless you opt in again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed by NAU.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through the NAU text messaging program is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at joinnau.org/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, mobile information, or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
